Prior statement: After each order is generated (payment), there will be a 72-hour hesitation period. During this hesitation period, the buyer can contact the seller to communicate about order modifications or other matters. After the hesitation period is exceeded, the order will be will be executed. Buyers can also request to directly remove the 72-hour hesitation period and start executing orders directly.
1. General rules for returns and refunds
Returns are not accepted for non-quality problems: Due to the special nature of medicines, unless there are quality problems, we do not accept returns or refunds due to personal reasons (such as not liking it, buying too much, buying by mistake, etc.).
Quality problem handling: If there are quality problems with the medicines you receive, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after signing for it and provide a detailed description of the problem and relevant proof (such as photos, videos, etc.). We will exchange or refund based on the situation after verification.
2. Specific terms
Quality problem definition:
Damaged packaging leads to exposure and contamination of medicines.
The medicine has expired or has gone bad.
The medicine does not match the order (variety, specification, quantity, etc.).
Quality issues stipulated in other laws and regulations.
Return application process:
Contact customer service: Please contact our customer service staff through our customer service hotline or email within 48 hours after signing for the medicine.
Provide evidence: Please provide photos or videos of relevant issues, proof of purchase of the medicine and other necessary information.
Review processing: We will review your application and relevant evidence within 3 working days after receiving it, and notify you of the review results.
Exchange or refund: After approval, we will exchange or refund according to your choice. The refund will be returned to your payment account within 7 working days.
Inadmissible circumstances:
No quality issues were raised more than 48 hours after the drug was signed for.
Damage or deterioration of medicines due to personal reasons.
Mis-purchasing caused by not reading the product instructions carefully when purchasing medicines.
Drugs sold off-platform.
3. Special tips
Things to note when signing for the medicine: When signing for the medicine, please check the packaging and the condition of the medicine in person. If you find any problem, please refuse to sign for it and contact our customer service staff in time.
Save vouchers: Please properly keep the relevant vouchers for purchasing medicines (order number, invoice, etc.) so that they can be provided when returning or exchanging goods.
Drug storage conditions: Please store drugs strictly in accordance with the storage conditions on the drug instructions to avoid affecting the quality of the drugs.
4. Legal liability
False applications: If we find malicious or false returns and refund applications, we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
Applicable law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute occurs, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, it may be submitted to the People’s Court where the sales platform is located for litigation resolution.
