Vincristine Sulfate for Injection.

Functional Indications:
1. Acute leukemia, especially acute leukemia in children, has a significant effect on acute lymphoblastic leukemia. 2. Malignant lymphoma. 3. Germ cell tumors. 4. Small cell lung cancer, Ewing sarcoma, nephroblastoma, and neuroblastoma. 5. Breast cancer, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, digestive tract cancer, melanoma and multiple myeloma, etc.
Dosage:
1. The adult dose is 1-2 mg (or 1.4 mg/m2), the maximum dose is not more than 2 mg. For those over 65 years old, the maximum dose is 1 mg each time. 2. Children: 75μg/kg or 2.0mg/m2, intravenously or infused once a week. 3. Combination chemotherapy is used in a cycle of 2 weeks.
Adverse reactions:
