Effects and efficacy:
Used for various types of hypertension and controlled blood pressure reduction before, during and after surgery.

Usage and dosage:
Oral administration: 60 mg at the beginning, once in the morning and evening. If the blood pressure gradually decreases, the dose can be reduced to 30 mg each time. The maintenance dose is 30-180 mg per day. The general dose for intravenous injection is 25-50 mg. If 50 mg is used, it should be administered in 2 doses with an interval of 5 minutes. For intravenous drip, 250 mg is dissolved in 500 ml of infusion solution. The initial drip rate is 6 mg/min, and the average drip rate for the maintenance dose is 120 mg/h.

Adverse reactions:
Easy to tolerate, and the adverse reactions known so far are all transient. After using this product, patients may experience symptoms such as headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, sweating, irritability, fatigue, palpitations, arrhythmia, upper chest oppression or dyspnea. The reason is mostly due to the rapid drop in blood pressure, which usually disappears within a few minutes, and patients do not need to stop taking the drug. Allergic reactions are rare (such as itching, skin redness, rash, etc.). There are literature reports that 2 elderly patients developed enuresis due to the use of this product. When blood pressure drops suddenly, it may cause bradycardia and sometimes even cardiac arrest. Thrombocytopenia occurs in some cases.

Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. It is prohibited during pregnancy and lactation.
