Function:
This product is suitable for acute pancreatitis and chronic recurrent pancreatitis. It can also be used as a rescue auxiliary medication for acute circulatory failure.

Dosage:
Acute pancreatitis and chronic relapsing pancreatitis: In the initial stage, 100,000 units per time are dissolved in 500 ml of 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection and infused intravenously for 1-2 hours each time, 1 hour a day -3 times, then reduce the dosage as symptoms subside. Please follow your doctor’s advice for details. Acute circulatory failure: Dissolve 100,000 units in 2ml of 9% sodium chloride injection each time and inject slowly intravenously 1-3 times a day. It can be increased or decreased appropriately according to age and symptoms. Please follow your doctor’s advice for details. Note: This product should be used quickly after dissolving. When used for acute circulatory failure, this product cannot replace general shock therapy (infusion, oxygen inhalation, surgical treatment, antibacterial drugs, etc.). Administration should be terminated after the shock symptoms improve.

Adverse reactions:
Hematologic system: Occasionally, leukopenia or eosinophilia may occur. Digestive system: Occasionally nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increase. Injection site: Occasionally, vascular pain, redness, itching, and rash may occur.
