Trepibutone Tables

Tripibuton is a light yellow crystalline powder. It is a non-anticholinergic biliary smooth muscle relaxant. It has the effects of promoting bile secretion and strong antispasmodic and analgesic effects. It is used for cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia, post-cholecystectomy syndrome and chronic pancreatitis.
Indications
It is suitable for cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia, post-cholecystectomy syndrome and chronic pancreatitis.
Contraindications
1. Patients with a history of allergy to Tripibuton.
2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
3. Pregnant women.
Precautions
1. Patients with complete biliary obstruction.
2. Patients with acute pancreatitis.
Adverse reactions
1. Occasionally, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, excessive salivation, stomach discomfort, abdominal distension, diarrhea and constipation may occur.
2. Allergies: Occasionally, rashes and itching may occur.
3. Others: Occasionally, dizziness, heaviness of the head and fatigue may occur.
