Trastuzumab Injection (Subcutaneous Injection).

Functions and indications:
1. Applicable to metastatic breast cancer: This product is suitable for metastatic breast cancer with HER2 overexpression: as a single drug for metastatic breast cancer that has received one or more chemotherapy regimens; combined with paclitaxel or docetaxel, it is used for patients with metastatic breast cancer who have not received chemotherapy. 2. Adjuvant treatment of breast cancer: This product is suitable for adjuvant treatment of HER2-overexpressing breast cancer after surgery, adjuvant chemotherapy containing anthracyclines, and radiotherapy (if applicable). 3. Metastatic gastric cancer: This product combined with capecitabine or 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin is suitable for patients with HER2-overexpressing metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma who have not received previous treatment for metastatic disease. Trastuzumab can only be used for patients with metastatic gastric cancer with HER2 overexpression, and HER2 overexpression is defined as IHC3+ or IHC2+/FISH+ results obtained using a validated detection method.
