Trametinib tablets

Trametinib is a MEK inhibitor drug with anticancer activity. The most common dosage form in clinical practice is trametinib tablets, which are mainly used to treat melanoma. Commonly used in clinical treatment:
Melanoma: Trametinib as a single drug is suitable for patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma who are positive for BRAFV600E and V600K mutations. Trametinib combined with dabrafenib mesylate is suitable for the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma who are positive for BRAFV600 mutations, and can also be used for adjuvant treatment of patients with stage III melanoma who are positive for BRAFV600 mutations after complete resection. However, it is not suitable for patients who have previously received BRAF-inhibitor treatment.
In addition, trametinib can relieve symptoms such as papules, nodules, eye pain, headache, and nasal congestion in melanoma patients.
