Toremifene Citrate Tablets

Effects and efficacy:
For the treatment of postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive or unknown metastatic breast cancer.
Usage and dosage:
Metastatic breast cancer: Oral administration, the recommended dose is 60 mg once a day. Desmoid tumor: Oral administration, 180 mg once a day. Continue medication until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs. Patients with renal impairment and the elderly generally do not need to adjust the dose.
Adverse reactions:
Cardiovascular system: myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, thrombosis, QT interval prolongation, thromboembolic events (including deep vein thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, pulmonary embolism). Metabolic/endocrine system: hypercalcemia, weight gain, breast discomfort, breast pain. Respiratory system: dyspnea. Musculoskeletal system: arthritis, bone pain. Urogenital system: increased vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, uterine bleeding, endometrial hypertrophy, endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer. Nervous system: dizziness, drowsiness, cerebral ischemic attack, cerebrovascular accident/transient ischemic attack (CVA/TIA), mild paresis, tremor, vertigo, headache, insomnia. Mental: depression, anxiety, irritability. Liver: increased alkaline phosphatase, increased bilirubin, jaundice, hepatitis, increased aminotransferase. Gastrointestinal tract: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, constipation, lack of appetite, abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, increased appetite. Blood: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, coagulation disorder. Skin: hot flashes, sweating, skin discoloration, dermatitis, itching, hair loss, rash. Eyes: cataracts, dry eyes, abnormal visual field, corneal lesions, glaucoma, abnormal vision, diplopia, reversible corneal opacity. Others: edema, fatigue, weakness, chills.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. It is prohibited during pregnancy. It is prohibited during lactation. It is prohibited for children. It should be used with caution if the liver function is damaged.
