Effects and efficacy:
Torsemide tablets: Suitable for patients with edema caused by congestive heart failure, and can also be used for patients with primary hypertension. Torsemide capsules: Suitable for edema caused by congestive heart failure. Torsemide injection: Suitable for patients with congestive heart failure, ascites due to liver cirrhosis, and edema caused by kidney disease who need rapid diuresis or cannot take diuresis orally.
Usage and dosage:
Torsemide tablets for congestive heart failure: Oral, the starting dose is 10 mg each time, once a day, and the dose can be increased to 20 mg each time, once a day according to the condition. Primary hypertension: The usual starting dose is 5 mg each time, once a day. If the antihypertensive effect is not ideal within 4 to 6 weeks of taking the medicine, the dose can be increased to 10 mg each time, once a day. If 10 mg/day still does not achieve sufficient antihypertensive effect, other antihypertensive drugs can be considered in combination. Torsemide capsules are taken orally, with a starting dose of 10 mg each time, once a day. The dose can be increased to 20 mg each time, once a day according to the condition. Torsemide for injection/torsemide injection Edema caused by congestive heart failure, ascites caused by liver cirrhosis: The general initial dose is 5mg or 10mg, which is injected slowly intravenously once a day. It can also be diluted with 5% glucose solution or saline for intravenous infusion; if the effect is not satisfactory, the dose can be increased to 20mg, once a day, the maximum daily dose is 40mg, and the course of treatment does not exceed one week. Edema caused by kidney disease: The initial dose is 20mg, once a day, and the dose can be gradually increased to a maximum daily dose of 100mg as needed, and the course of treatment does not exceed one week.
Drug contraindications:
