Topotecan Hydrochloride for Injection

Topotecan hydrochloride for injection and topotecan hydrochloride capsules are anti-tumor drugs. They bind to the topoisomerase I-DNA complex to prevent the reconnection of single-strand DNA reversible breaks induced by topoisomerase I, leading to cell death.
Topotecan hydrochloride for injection can be used to treat small cell lung cancer; it can also be used to treat patients with advanced metastatic ovarian cancer who have failed first-line chemotherapy.
Indications for topotecan hydrochloride capsules: For patients with extensive small cell lung cancer who have failed first-line chemotherapy, topotecan hydrochloride + cisplatin is used as the second-line treatment, but cannot tolerate intravenous administration. This product can be tried in combination with cisplatin.
