Adverse reactions:

Rare adverse reactions (0.1%): (1) Systemic: allergic reaction. (2) Urinary system: urinary retention. (3) Central nervous system: mental confusion.

Contraindications:
1. Patients with urinary retention, gastric stagnation, and uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma are contraindicated. 2. Patients with confirmed allergic reactions to this product are contraindicated. 3. Patients with myasthenia gravis, severe ulcerative colitis, and toxic megacolon are contraindicated.
