Tolterodine Tartrate Tablets

Function and indication:
Used to treat symptoms of frequent urination, urgency or urgency incontinence caused by overexcited bladder.

Usage and dosage:

Tolterodine tartrate tablets: 1. The initial recommended dose is 1 tablet once, twice a day. For patients with liver dysfunction or taking CYP3A4 inhibitors, the recommended dose is half a tablet once, twice a day. Tolterodine tartrate sustained-release tablets: Oral, the recommended dose is 4 mg (one tablet) once a day.

Adverse reactions:
1. The side effects of this product are generally tolerable and disappear after discontinuation of the drug. This product can cause mild to moderate anticholinergic effects, such as dry mouth, indigestion and decreased tearing. 2. Common (>1%) adverse reactions: (1) Autonomic nervous system: dry mouth. (2) Gastrointestinal system: indigestion, constipation, abdominal pain, flatulence, vomiting. (3) Systemic: headache. (4) Eyes: dry eyes. (5) Skin: dry skin. (6) Mental: drowsiness, nervousness. (7) Central nervous system: paresthesia. 3. Uncommon adverse reactions (<1%): (1) Autonomic nervous system: dysregulation. (2) Systemic: chest pain. 4. Rare adverse reactions (0.1%): (1) Systemic: allergic reaction. (2) Urinary system: urinary retention. (3) Central nervous system: mental confusion.

Contraindications:
1. Patients with urinary retention, gastric stagnation, and uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma are contraindicated. 2. Patients with confirmed allergic reactions to this product are contraindicated. 3. Patients with myasthenia gravis, severe ulcerative colitis, and toxic megacolon are contraindicated.
