Tocilizumab Injection 托珠单抗注射液

Effects and efficacy:
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) This product is used to treat adult patients with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis who have not responded sufficiently to disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Tocilizumab is used in combination with methotrexate (MTX) or other DMARDs. Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) This product is used to treat active systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) in children aged 2 years or older who have not responded sufficiently to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and glucocorticoids. It can be used as a monotherapy (intolerant to methotrexate or unsuitable for methotrexate treatment) or in combination with methotrexate.
Dosage and administration:
The use of Tocilizumab injection includes intravenous drip and subcutaneous injection, which is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Adverse reactions:
After using tocilizumab injection, the following adverse reactions may occur: Infection: Serious infections (including some with fatal outcomes) include pneumonia, cellulitis, herpes zoster, gastroenteritis, diverticulitis, sepsis, and bacterial arthritis. If a serious infection occurs, treatment with tocilizumab injection should be interrupted until the infection is controlled. Gastrointestinal perforation: Generally speaking, gastrointestinal perforation is reported as a complication of diverticulitis (including systemic purulent peritonitis, lower gastrointestinal perforation, fistula, and abscess). Infusion reaction: Adverse reactions that occur during infusion are hypertension attacks, while adverse reactions that occur within 24 hours of completing the infusion are headaches and skin reactions (such as rash, urticaria). These reactions do not affect treatment. Others: Immunogenicity, malignant tumors, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, increased anhydrase, and increased blood lipid parameters can be seen. When the above adverse reactions occur, corresponding treatment measures should be taken immediately, and the doctor should determine whether to continue the treatment with the drug.
