Effects and efficacy:
This product is used to prevent early myocardial infarction and early percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients.
Usage and dosage:
Dissolve this product in 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection to a final concentration of 50μg/ml. This product is only for intravenous use and requires sterile equipment. This product can be used in combination with heparin and infused from the same fluid circuit. It is recommended to use a graduated infusion set to infuse this product. Care must be taken to avoid long-term load infusion. It should also be noted that the intravenous push dose and drip rate should be calculated based on the patient’s weight. All patients in the clinical study took aspirin unless they had contraindications. Unstable angina or non-Q wave myocardial infarction: Tirofiban hydrochloride injection is combined with heparin by intravenous infusion, with an initial 30-minute drip rate of 0.4μg/kg/min. After the initial infusion is completed, continue to drip at a rate of 0.1μg/kg/min. Angioplasty/atherectomy: When patients undergoing angioplasty/atherectomy begin to receive this product, this product should be combined with heparin by intravenous infusion, with an initial push dose of 10μg/kg, which is completed within 3 minutes, and then maintained at a rate of 0.15μg/kg/min. Patients with severe renal insufficiency: As specifically noted in the dosage adjustment table above, the dose of this product should be reduced by 50% for patients with severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 30ml/min).
