Tioguanine tablets

It is suitable for the induction remission and continued treatment period of acute lymphocytic leukemia and acute non-lymphocytic leukemia; the chronic phase and blast phase of chronic myeloid leukemia.
Thioguanine tablets are commonly used purine metabolic antagonists that inhibit the purine synthesis pathway. In addition to inhibiting the synthesis of cellular DNA, they also have a mild inhibitory effect on the synthesis of RNA. This product can be incorporated into DNA after being metabolized to deoxyribose triphosphate, thereby further inhibiting the biosynthesis of nucleic acids.
