TEPADINA(thiotepa injection）

Effects and efficacy:
Thiotepa injection is mainly used for intracavitary injection of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cancerous body cavity effusion, local perfusion of bladder cancer, etc. It can also be used for gastrointestinal tumors, etc.
Usage and dosage:
The usage of thiotepa injection is determined by the specific site of administration, etc. The dosage should be strictly followed by the doctor’s instructions; when liver and kidney function is poor, this product should be used at a lower dose. The same drugs produced by different manufacturers may have inconsistent instructions. If you find that the instructions of the drug are inconsistent before taking the drug, please consult a doctor or pharmacist in time. Intravenous or intramuscular injection (single medication) Adults: 10 mg (0.2 mg/kg) once a day, change to 3 times a week after 5 consecutive days, and the total amount of one course of treatment is 300 mg. If the blood picture is good, the course of treatment can be repeated 1.5 to 2 months after the end of the first course of treatment. Children: 0.2 to 0.3 mg/kg each time according to body weight, once a day, change to once a week after 5 consecutive times, about 25 to 40 mg for one course of treatment. Inject 10~30mg once into the thoracic or pericardial cavity, 1~2 times a week. For intravesical instillation, insert the catheter into the bladder after emptying the urine each time, and inject 50~100mg (dissolved in 50~100ml sodium chloride injection) into the cavity, 1~2 times a week, 10 times as a course of treatment. Arterial injection 10~20mg each time, the same as intravenous use. Intratumoral injection starts with 0.6~0.8mg/kg of body weight directly injected into the tumor body, and then maintenance treatment is based on the patient’s condition. Inject 0.07~0.8mg/kg of body weight, repeat every 1-4 weeks.
Drug contraindications:
Allergy to this product is prohibited in early pregnancy. It is prohibited to use with caution in liver and kidney dysfunction
