Tadalafil Tablets

Function:
Tadalafil tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension in men. This product is a selective and reversible inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). When used to treat erectile dysfunction in men, sexual stimulation is required for this product to be effective.
Dosage:
Orally administered, first dose for adult males: 10 mg. Take it at least 30 minutes before sex. If the effect is not obvious, you can take 20mg. The maximum dosage frequency is once a day. If strong CYP3A4 inhibitors are used concurrently, do not take more than 10 mg every 72 hours. It is not recommended to take this product continuously every day. In patients with severe renal insufficiency, the maximum dose is 10 mg.
Adverse reactions:
Common adverse reactions include headache (14.5%), indigestion (12.3%), and nausea (11%). Other common adverse reactions include dizziness (2.3%), flushing (4.1%), nasopharyngitis (13%), respiratory infection (13%), nasal congestion (4.3%), back pain (6.5%), myalgia ( 5.7%) etc. Rare adverse reactions include eyelid swelling, eye pain, conjunctival congestion, and visual impairment. History of serious adverse reactions – John’s syndrome, exfoliative dermatitis, chest pain, angina, myocardial infarction, tachycardia, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebrovascular accident, epileptic seizure. Special sensory system manifestations include non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy, retinal artery occlusion, venous thrombosis, sudden hearing loss, and sudden deafness.
Drug contraindications:
Do not use with caution in children who are allergic to this product
