Surufatinib Capsules

Sorafenib capsules are drugs for treating tumors. As a single drug, they are suitable for locally advanced or metastatic, progressive non-functional, well-differentiated (G1, G2) pancreatic and non-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors that cannot be surgically removed.
Sorafenib is a small molecule inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1). Its ICg for inhibiting the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) is 16 nM, and it inhibits VEGF-stimulated KDR phosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways. In the human tumor nude mouse transplant model, sorafenib has an inhibitory effect on tumor growth.
