Function:
Prevention and treatment of hereditary angioedema. Severe trauma, chronic infection, malnutrition and other wasting diseases.

Dosage:
This product is usually taken orally for the prevention and treatment of hereditary angioedema in adults and adolescents, starting with 2 mg once, 3 times a day, and for women, 2 mg once. Dosage should be individualized based on patient response. If the treatment effect is obvious, the dose can be reduced every 1 to 3 months until the daily maintenance dose is 2 mg. However, during the reduction process, the condition must be closely observed. It is used for the treatment of chronic wasting diseases, post-operative frailty, and long-lasting wounds. Take orally, 3 times a day, 2-4 mg once, and the dosage may be reduced for women. The usual dosage is used in children with hereditary angioedema. Under 6 years old, take 1 mg orally daily, and only use it during attacks; 6-12 years old, take 2 mg orally every day, and use it only during attacks. Adverse reactions of this product include: Women: Long-term use may cause acne, hirsutism, clitoromegaly, amenorrhea or menstrual disorders. Men: Long-term use may cause acne, decreased sperm, and decreased semen. Liver: Increased GOP and GTP, jaundice. Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea. Electrolytes: water and sodium retention, edema. Skin: rash, facial flushing.

Drug contraindications:
Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated if allergic to this product. Disabled for liver and kidney dysfunction. Contraindicated for use in children. Use with caution by athletes.
