Used to treat hypertension, angina pectoris and chronic stable heart failure.

Usage and dosage:
Oral medication. Please take it with water in the morning. You can take it with food, but you need to swallow the whole tablet and do not chew it. Do not change the dosage of this medicine without a doctor’s advice, and do not stop taking the medicine. If you need to stop taking the medicine, you should stop taking it gradually and not suddenly. Patients with ischemic heart disease should pay special attention. Hypertension and angina pectoris: The starting dose is 2.5mg once a day. The dose should be adjusted according to individual conditions, and the maximum dose should not exceed 10mg per day. Chronic heart failure: The starting dose is 1.25mg once a day; then, depending on the patient’s tolerance, the dose is increased by 1.25mg every 2 weeks, that is, adjusted to 2.5mg, 3.75mg, 5mg, 6.25mg, 7.5mg, 8.75mg, once a day, and the maximum tolerated dose that can be achieved is used as the maintenance dose, and the maximum dose should not exceed 10mg (once a day). Note: When using this product to treat chronic stable heart failure, a special dose titration period is required, which should be started from a low dose. Adverse reactions:
Rare: fatigue, chest tightness, dizziness, headache, palpitations, etc. Rare: diarrhea, constipation, nausea, abdominal pain, itching, hypotension, bradycardia, conduction block, worsening of heart failure, shortness of breath, muscle weakness, cold and numbness of extremities, spasmodic myalgia, etc.
