Function:

Dosage:
For adults, neutralize gastric acid, 0.25-2g each time, 3 times a day; alkalize urine, 0.5-2g, 3 times a day, a larger dose may be used in a few cases, and should be used under the guidance of a doctor or pharmacist . Metabolic acidosis, 3 times a day, 0.5-2g each time. In severe cases, intravenous administration of sodium bicarbonate injection should be used. Children under 6 years old should be used with caution. There is no unified dose; 6-12 years old, 0.5g each time. , can be repeated once in half an hour; for those over 12 years old, 3 times a day, 0.5-1g each time. When used to neutralize gastric acid, it should be taken 1-3 hours after a meal and before going to bed. Continuous use usually does not exceed 7 days. In order to reduce the impact on the absorption of other drugs, drugs that may be affected should be taken 1-2 hours after sodium bicarbonate tablets.

Adverse reactions:
After taking the medicine, a large amount of CO2 is produced in the stomach, which can cause symptoms such as hiccups and gastrointestinal inflation. Stomach cramps and thirst are less common. When the dose is too high or the kidneys are insufficient, edema, mental symptoms, muscle pain or twitching, slowed breathing, bad taste in the mouth, abnormal fatigue and weakness, etc. may occur.

Drug contraindications:
If you are allergic to this product, use with caution during pregnancy. Use with caution during lactation. Use with caution in children with liver and kidney dysfunction.
