Effects and efficacy:
Used to improve acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome with systemic inflammatory response syndrome. It is not recommended for acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome with multiple organ injury, burns, and trauma with 4 or more organ injuries. The effectiveness and safety in patients with severe chronic respiratory diseases have not yet been determined.
Usage and dosage:
Use 250ml-500ml of normal saline for preparation and use immediately. Dilute the 1-day dose (4.8mg/kg) with 250-500ml of normal saline and continuously administer intravenously for 24 hours (equivalent to 0.2mg/kg/h) for up to 14 days. It is recommended to start using this product within 72 hours after the onset of lung injury. Depending on the improvement of symptoms, the drug can also be discontinued after short-term administration. If the improvement after 5 days of medication is not ideal, the improvement thereafter (after 14 days) will usually not be ideal. Avoid mixing with amino acid infusion. When using calcium-containing infusion (concentration of this product is above 2mg/ml) or when the pH drops below 6.0 after dilution with infusion, precipitation will be generated.
