Silver sulfadiazine，或silvadene

Effects and efficacy:
Silver sulfadiazine is mainly used to prevent and treat secondary wound infections of small-area, mild burns and scalds.
Usage and dosage:
Silver sulfadiazine is mainly used for local external use. It can be applied directly to the wound surface with a thickness of about 1.5 mm, once a day; the ointment can also be made into an oil gauze and applied once a day.
Adverse reactions:
Adverse reactions of silver sulfadiazine include allergic reactions such as local irritation, rash, dermatitis, drug fever, muscle pain, serum sickness-like reactions, etc. Since this product may be partially absorbed after local external application, granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, inflammation, liver dysfunction, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may also occur.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited for newborns. Use with caution during pregnancy. Use with caution during lactation. Use with caution in patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency.
