Salbutamol Sulfate Solution for Inhalation

Effects and efficacy:
All types of bronchial asthma and various bronchial and lung diseases accompanied by bronchospasm. Obstetrics can be used to prevent and treat premature birth, relieve placental vasospasm, and increase placental blood flow. It is used for bradycardia, sinus arrest, sinoatrial block, atrioventricular block and other slow arrhythmias and heart failure.
Usage and dosage:
Intermittent therapy of salbutamol sulfate solution for inhalation Adults: dilute 2.5mg salbutamol to 2ml with normal saline for injection. 5mg salbutamol can also be diluted to 2.5ml. The diluted solution is inhaled by the patient through an appropriate driven nebulizer until no more aerosol is produced. If the nebulizer and the driver device are properly matched, the nebulization can be maintained for 10 minutes. This product can be used intermittently without dilution. To this end, 10mg salbutamol can be placed in the nebulizer and the patient can inhale the atomized solution until the bronchi are dilated, which usually takes 3-5 minutes. Children: The minimum starting dose for children under 12 years old is 2.5 mg of salbutamol diluted to 2 to 2.5 ml with normal saline for injection. The dosage is the same as for adults. However, some children may need up to 5.0 mg of salbutamol. Intermittent therapy can be repeated four times a day. For continuous therapy, dilute this product with normal saline for injection to contain 50-100 ug of salbutamol per ml (1-2 ml of the drug solution is diluted into 100 ml). The diluted solution is treated by aerosol using a nebulizer, and the usual administration rate is 1-2 mg per hour. Salbutamol sulfate aerosol adult: Relieve acute asthma attacks, including bronchospasm: Take 100 micrograms as the minimum starting dose, and increase to 2 presses if necessary. For the prevention of symptoms triggered by allergens or exercise: Administer 10 to 15 minutes before exercise or contact with allergens. For long-term treatment, the maximum dose is 4 times a day, 2 presses each time. Children: The recommended dose for relieving acute asthma attacks, including bronchospasm, or before exposure to allergens and before exercise is 1 press, which can be increased to 2 presses if necessary. The maximum dose for long-term treatment is 4 times a day, 2 presses each time.
