Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets

Effects and efficacy: This product can be used for pharyngitis and tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes; sinusitis, otitis media, acute bronchitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria; pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae or Chlamydia, urethritis and cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis.
Usage and dosage:
Oral administration on an empty stomach, the general course of treatment is 5-12 days. Adults take 150mg (1 tablet) once, twice a day; or 300mg (2 tablets) once a day. The half-life of patients with severe liver cirrhosis is extended to more than 2 times the normal level. If it is really necessary to use it, 150mg (1 tablet) is administered once a day. For patients with severe renal insufficiency, the administration time is doubled, and 150mg (1 tablet) is administered once a day. Children take 2.5-5mg/kg each time, twice a day, orally on an empty stomach.
Adverse reactions:
Gastrointestinal reactions such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and occasional rash, itchy skin, dizziness, headache, abnormal liver function (elevated ALT and AST), decreased peripheral blood cells, etc.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. Use with caution during pregnancy. Use with caution during lactation. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
