Function:
Rifaximin is mainly used for intestinal infections caused by pathogenic bacteria that are sensitive to rifaximin, including acute and chronic intestinal infections, diarrhea syndrome, summer diarrhea, traveler’s diarrhea and enteroconjunctivitis; it can also be used for prevention Infectious complications before and after gastrointestinal surgery.

Dosage:
The usage and dosage of rifaximin are different in different situations, so you should follow the doctor’s advice. This product can be taken with or without food. The dosage and frequency of administration can be adjusted according to medical advice. Unless directed by a doctor, each course of treatment should not exceed 7 days. Recommended dosage for intestinal infections: Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 1 tablet (0.2g) orally each time, 4 times a day, once every 6 hours; Recommended dosage for infection prevention before and after surgery: Adults and children over 12 years old: Take orally each time 2 tablets (0.2g), 2 times a day, once every 12 hours; recommended dosage for adjuvant treatment of hyperammonemia (hepatic encephalopathy): Adults and children over 12 years old: 2 tablets (0.2g) orally each time, daily 3 times, once every 8 hours;

Drug contraindications:
If allergic to this product, contraindicated if liver function is impaired. Use with caution during lactation. Use with caution during pregnancy.
