Usage and dosage:
Oral, anti-tuberculosis, 0.6g per adult (reduced for those weighing <55kg), once a day, take with water on an empty stomach (1 hour before meals); take 1-2 times a week. It needs to be used in combination with other anti-tuberculosis drugs. The course of treatment for initial tuberculosis patients is generally 6-9 months. Adverse reactions:
The adverse reactions of this product are milder than rifampicin. In a few cases, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia may occur; elevated alanine aminotransferase; rash, dizziness, insomnia, etc. There are fewer gastrointestinal reactions. No influenza syndrome and immune thrombocytopenia were found in the use of this product, nor were anaphylactic shock-like reactions. If such adverse reactions occur, the drug must be discontinued in time.
