Effects:
This product is used for type 2 diabetes.
Dosage and administration:
The recommended dose of this product for monotherapy is 100 mg once daily. This product can be taken with or without food. Patients with renal impairment: Renal function should be assessed before starting treatment with this product and should be assessed regularly after starting treatment. Patients with mild renal impairment (eGFR ≥ 60 mL/min/1.73 m and < 90 mL/min/1.73 m) do not need to adjust the dose when taking this product. Patients with moderate renal impairment (eGFR≥45 mL/min/1.73m and <60mL/min/1.73m) do not need to adjust the dose when taking this product. Patients with moderate renal impairment (eGFR≥30 mL/min/1.73m and <45mL/min/1.73m) take this product with a dose adjustment of 50mg once a day. Patients with severe renal impairment (eGFR≥15mL/min/1.73m and <30mL/min/1.73m) or end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients (eGFR<15mL/min/1.73m), including those who require hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, take this product with a dose adjustment of 25mg once a day.
