Efficacy:
When patients cannot receive combined chemotherapy, this product can be used as a single drug to treat patients with advanced colorectal cancer who are not suitable for 5-Fu/calcium folinate.

Usage and Dosage:
Renal insufficiency: For patients with abnormal serum creatinine, creatinine clearance should be monitored before each medication treatment. For patients with normal serum creatinine due to factors such as age or weight loss, serum creatinine may not be well correlated with creatinine clearance, the same procedure should be followed. If the creatinine clearance is <65ml/min, the doctor will adjust the drug dosage according to the actual situation. Hepatic insufficiency: For patients with mild to moderate liver damage, no dose adjustment is required, but because some drugs are excreted in the feces and these patients have a poor prognosis, this drug should be used with caution. This drug has not been studied in patients with severe liver damage, so it is not recommended for patients with overt jaundice or liver decompensation.
