Usage and dosage:
Adult dosage: When used to treat malignant malaria caused by chloroquine-resistant strains, 1.8g per day, divided into two doses, for a course of 14 days. Common dosage for children: When used to treat malignant malaria caused by chloroquine-resistant strains, children under 1 year old, 0.1-0.2g per day, divided into 2-3 doses; children 1-3 years old, 0.2-0.3g; 4-6 years old, 0.3-0.5g; children 7-11 years old, 0.5-1g, for a course of 10 days.
