Pucotenlimab injection

PuyouhengTM (putalimab injection) can antagonize PD-1 signaling to restore the ability of immune cells to kill cancer cells by blocking the binding of PD-1 to its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2. It is used to treat patients with microsatellite high instability/mismatch repair defective solid tumors: patients with advanced colorectal cancer whose disease has progressed after previous treatment with fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and irinotecan; patients with other advanced solid tumors whose disease has progressed after at least one line of treatment and who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.
