Protionamide Enteric-coated Tablets

Function and indication: This product is only effective against mycobacteria. This product is used in combination with other anti-tuberculosis drugs for patients with tuberculosis who have not responded to first-line drugs (such as streptomycin, isoniazid, rifampicin and ethambutol).
Adverse reactions:
1. The incidence rate is relatively high: depression (central nervous system toxicity). 2. The incidence rate is relatively low: unsteady gait or numbness, pins and needles, burning sensation, pain in hands and feet (peripheral neuritis), mental confusion or other mental changes (central nervous system toxicity), yellowing of eyes or skin (jaundice, hepatitis). 3. The incidence rate is very low: blurred vision or decreased vision, with or without eye pain (optic neuritis), menstrual disorders or fear of cold, decreased libido (male), dry and rough skin, hypothyroidism, joint pain, stiffness and swelling. 4. If the following conditions persist, attention should be paid: diarrhea, increased salivation, drooling, loss of appetite, metallic taste in the mouth, nausea, mouth pain, stomach pain, stomach discomfort, vomiting (gastrointestinal disturbance, central nervous system toxicity), dizziness (including when getting up from a lying or sitting position), drowsiness, weakness (central nervous system toxicity).
Contraindications:
