Effects and efficacy:

Promestriene vaginal capsules: used to treat vaginal atrophic lesions caused by estrogen deficiency. Promestriene vaginal capsules/Promestriene vaginal soft capsules: used for vaginal atrophy caused by estrogen deficiency; delayed healing and delayed scab formation of the cervical, vaginal and vulvar mucosal parts caused by childbirth, local surgery or physical therapy.
Usage and dosage:

Promestriene cream 1 to 2 times a day. Apply a sufficient amount of cream to the surface of the area to be treated according to the doctor’s advice. If the cause persists (such as menopause, oophorectomy, use of estrogen-progestin contraception), or the influencing factors persist (such as radiotherapy), it is necessary to continue treatment. Promestriene vaginal capsules 1 capsule per day for 20 days. Put the moistened capsule deep into the vagina. Promestriene cream can be used in combination as needed. Promestriene vaginal capsule suppository, 1 capsule per day, for 20 consecutive days. If the cause persists (such as menopause, oophorectomy, use of estrogen-progestin contraception), or the influencing factors persist (such as radiotherapy), it is necessary to continue treatment. Promestriene vaginal soft capsules are used intravaginally, usually one capsule per day, for a course of 20 days. Place the moistened capsule deep into the vagina. Although it looks oily, the capsule contains a washable emulsifier. Unless the doctor specifically advises, vaginal douching is generally not required every day, and washing with water and soap once is sufficient. In special cases, such as when there is a lot of secretion before treatment, menstrual paper can be used. If the cause persists (such as menopause, oophorectomy, use of estrogen-progestin contraception), or the influencing factors persist (such as radiotherapy). It is necessary to continue treatment.
Adverse reactions:
Promestriene can cause discomfort in some patients, and irritation, itching, and allergic reactions may occur in some patients.
