Usage and dosage:
Progesterone capsule preparation estrogen-progestin combined therapy: Take this capsule preparation orally from the 13th day of taking estrogen, 200 mg twice a day, for a total of 10 days. Threatened abortion and habitual abortion, premenstrual tension syndrome, anovulatory functional uterine bleeding and anovulatory amenorrhea: 200 mg-300 mg, taken once or twice, far apart from meal times. Progesterone injection threatened abortion: 10-20 mg, used until pain and bleeding stop. Habitual abortion: 10-20 mg once, 2-3 times a week from the beginning of pregnancy. Functional uterine bleeding: 10 mg a day, for 5 consecutive days, or 20 mg a day, for 3-4 consecutive days. Amenorrhea: 8-10 days before the expected menstruation, 10 mg per day for 5 days, or 20 mg per day for 3-4 consecutive days. Premenstrual tension syndrome: 10-20 mg is injected 12 days before the expected menstruation for 10 consecutive days. Auxiliary medication for assisted reproductive technology for female infertility 90 mg (80% gel) is administered vaginally, 1-2 times a day, and maintenance treatment after pregnancy until the placenta can survive independently; 100 mg is administered vaginally on the second day after egg retrieval, 2-3 times a day, for a total course of 10 weeks. Contraception: 38 mg is implanted in the uterus through the intrauterine implant provided by the product, and the device is removed and replaced every 12 months.
Adverse reactions:
Gastrointestinal reactions: such as abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, abdominal distension, etc., which may cause cholecystectomy and acute pancreatitis in severe cases. Immune system reactions: such as viral infectious diseases, allergic reactions and allergies may occur in severe cases. Musculoskeletal system reactions: such as muscle spasms and musculoskeletal pain. Cardiovascular system reactions: severe cases may cause shock. Respiratory system reactions: severe cases may cause pulmonary embolism. Liver reactions: severe cases may cause cholestasis, cholestatic hepatitis, cholestatic jaundice syndrome, liver necrosis, hepatitis, jaundice, liver failure, etc. Other adverse reactions: fatigue.
