Effects and efficacy:
Pravastatin sodium is a lipid-regulating drug and a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor. It can selectively act on the liver and small intestine, the main organs for cholesterol synthesis, to rapidly and strongly reduce serum cholesterol values ​​and improve serum lipids.
Usage and dosage:
Oral. The starting dose for adults is 10-20 mg, once a day, before bedtime. It should be increased or decreased appropriately according to age and symptoms, with a maximum daily dose of 40 mg.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. Use with caution in liver function damage and kidney function damage.
