Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Injection: Various types of liver diseases, such as hepatitis, chronic hepatitis, liver necrosis, cirrhosis, hepatic coma (including prodromal hepatic coma), and fatty liver (also seen in patients with diabetes). Bile obstruction poisoning, prevention of recurrence of gallstones, treatment before and after surgery, especially hepatobiliary surgery. Pregnancy poisoning, including vomiting. Psoriasis, neurodermatitis, radiation syndrome. Polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules help improve the loss of appetite and right upper quadrant pressure in patients with toxic liver damage (such as liver damage caused by drugs, poisons, chemicals and alcohol) as well as fatty liver and hepatitis.

Polyene phosphatidylcholine injection is administered by slow intravenous injection or intravenous infusion. Intravenous injection: Adults and adolescents generally inject 1-2 ampoules slowly daily, and in severe cases, inject 2-4 ampoules daily. Two ampoules can be injected at one time. Only use clear solutions. Do not mix with any other injection. In severe cases of intravenous infusion, 2-4 ampoules should be infused daily. If necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 6-8 ampoules. It is strictly forbidden to dilute with electrolyte solution (physiological sodium chloride solution, Ringer’s solution, etc.). To prepare intravenous infusion, only dilute it with glucose solution without electrolytes (eg: 5%/10% glucose solution; 5% xylitol solution). If other infusion solutions are used, the pH value of the mixed solution should not be lower than 7.5, and the prepared solution should remain clear during the infusion process. Only use clear solutions. When performing intravenous injection or intravenous infusion treatment, it is recommended to start treatment with oral polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules as early as possible. Please follow these instructions, otherwise you will not receive the full benefits of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules.
