Fibrinogenase Injection

Effects and efficacy:
Fibrinolytic enzyme injection is mainly used for peripheral vascular diseases such as cerebral infarction, hypercoagulable state and thromboangiitis.
Usage and dosage:
Fibrinolytic enzyme injection is used for intravenous drip. The dosage is related to the purpose of medication, patient condition, etc., and should be followed according to the doctor’s instructions.   When used for the treatment of hypercoagulable state, 100 units at a time are added to 250ml0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection, and intravenously dripped at a rate of 45-50 drops per minute, once a day. 14 days is a course of treatment.   If the patient is in good general condition, except for the first use of 100 units, it can be used once a day, 200-300 units each time, added to 500ml0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection for dilution and intravenous drip, 7-10 days as a course of treatment. If the patient’s general condition is poor, in addition to the first use of 100 units, 200 units can be used for intravenous drip every other day, and a course of treatment is still 7 to 10 days.
Adverse reactions:
After using fibrinolytic enzyme injection, adverse reactions such as bleeding on the wound surface, injection site, skin and mucous membranes may occur. It can also cause adverse reactions such as headache, dizziness or increased aminotransferase (transaminase). Very few patients may cause allergic reactions. During the medication, if swelling, numbness, soreness, headache, fever, sweating, and excessive sleep occur, they may disappear or ease on their own, and no special treatment is required. If hematuria or subcutaneous bleeding occurs during the medication, stop using it immediately and treat symptomatically.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. It is prohibited during pregnancy. It is prohibited during lactation. Children should use it with caution.
