Pirfenidone Tablets.

Function:
Pirfenidone is a new pyridone compound with broad-spectrum anti-fibrotic effects and anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects. Mainly used for mild to moderate idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.

Dosage:
The initial dosage is 200 mg each time, 3 times a day. It is hoped that within two weeks, the dosage can be increased by 200 mg each time, and finally the dosage will be maintained at 600 mg each time (1800 mg daily). The patient’s drug tolerance should be closely observed. If there are obvious gastrointestinal symptoms, skin reactions to sunlight or ultraviolet rays, significant changes in liver function indicators, weight loss, etc., the dosage can be reduced or the medication can be stopped based on clinical symptoms. After the symptoms are relieved, the dosage can be gradually increased again, and it is best to adjust the maintenance dosage to more than 400 mg each time (1200 mg daily).

Drug contraindications:
It is contraindicated if you are allergic to this product and it is contraindicated during lactation.
