pirarubicin, THP

Effects and efficacy:
Pirarubicin is used to treat breast cancer, malignant lymphoma, acute leukemia, bladder cancer, renal pelvis and ureteral cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, head and neck cancer, and gastric cancer.
Usage and dosage:
Add this product to 10ml of 5% glucose injection or water for injection and dissolve it. It can be injected intravenously, injected into the artery, or instilled into the bladder. The doctor can adjust the administration time, dosage, and frequency according to the patient’s condition. Intravenous administration is generally 25-40mg/m2 per body surface area. For breast cancer, combined medication is recommended to be 40-50mg/m2 each time. It is administered on the first day of each course of treatment and can be repeated every 21 days according to the patient’s blood picture. For acute leukemia, the adult dose is 25mg/m2 per body surface area. Arterial administration, such as head and neck cancer, is 7-20mg/m2 per body surface area, once a day, for a total of 5-7 days, or 14-25mg/m2 each time, once a week. Intravesical administration is used to prevent postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer. According to the body surface area, 15-30mg/m2 is diluted to a concentration of 500-1000μg/ml, injected into the bladder cavity and retained for 0.5h, once a week for 4-8 consecutive times; then once a month for a total of 1 year.
Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited during pregnancy and lactation. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction
