Postpartum endometritis or pelvic inflammatory disease caused by piperacillin-resistant, β-lactamase-producing Escherichia coli. Community-acquired pneumonia (moderate) caused by piperacillin-resistant, β-lactamase-producing Haemophilus influenzae. Moderate to severe hospital-acquired pneumonia caused by piperacillin-resistant, β-lactamase-producing Staphylococcus aureus. Treatment of systemic and/or local bacterial infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
Usage and Dosage:
