This product is an important drug for the treatment of grand mal and localized epileptic seizures. It can also be used as an anti-hyperbilirubinemia drug and pre-anesthetic medication.
Usage and dosage:
Adult sedation: oral administration, 15-30 mg once, 2-3 times a day. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Hypnosis: oral administration, 30-100 mg a day, taken once in the evening; intramuscular injection, 50-100 mg once. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Anticonvulsant, anti-epileptic: ⑴ Oral administration, 90-180 mg a day, taken once in the evening, or 30-60 mg once, 3 times a day; the maximum amount is 250 mg once, 500 mg a day. ⑵ Injection (intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, intravenous injection), 100-200 mg once, 1-2 times a day, the maximum is 250 mg once, 500 mg a day; pay attention to slow injection when intravenous medication. ⑶ Intravenous injection is used for status epilepticus, 200-300 mg once (speed not exceeding 60 mg/min), repeated once every 6 hours if necessary.
