Perampanel Tablets 毗仑帕奈片

Effects and efficacy:
Treatment of partial epileptic seizures in adults and children aged 4 years and above (with or without secondary generalized seizures).
Usage and dosage:
Once a day, orally before bedtime, can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. This product should be swallowed whole, do not chew, crush or break it apart. The starting dose of this product is 2 mg/d. The dose can be increased in increments of 2 mg each time according to clinical response and tolerability, with an interval of at least 1 week or 2 weeks between each increase. If the patient’s concomitant medication does not shorten the half-life of this product, the interval between each increase in dose of this product is at least 2 weeks; if the patient’s concomitant medication shortens the half-life of this product, the interval is at least 1 week. The maintenance dose of this product is 4 mg/d to 8 mg/d, and the dose can be increased to a maximum of 12 mg/d according to individual clinical response and tolerability. For patients with mild or moderate liver damage, titration can be started at 2 mg/d; the titration dose should be increased every 2 weeks or longer at a dose of 2 mg based on patient tolerance and effectiveness; for patients with mild and moderate liver damage, the dose of this product should not exceed 8 mg/d. When this product is used in patients with mild renal impairment, the dose does not need to be adjusted. The same drugs produced by different manufacturers may have inconsistent instructions.
