Pasiniazid(Isoniazid Aminosalicylate)

Pasniazid tablets are used in combination with other anti-tuberculosis drugs to treat various types of pulmonary tuberculosis, endobronchial tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis. It can also be used as a protective drug for tuberculosis-related surgeries, and can also be used to prevent tuberculosis infection and recurrence during long-term or high-dose corticosteroid and immunosuppressive treatment.
This product is a chemical synthesis of isoniazid (INH) and para-aminosalicylic acid (PAS). Isoniazid can inhibit the synthesis of mycolic acid in sensitive bacteria and cause cell wall rupture. Para-aminosalicylic acid can effectively delay and block the acetylation process of isoniazid in the body, thereby reducing liver toxicity.
