Palonosetron

Function:
Palonosetron hydrochloride capsules are used to prevent vomiting caused by poisoning and acute nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection prevents acute nausea and vomiting caused by highly emetogenic chemotherapy. Prevent nausea and vomiting caused by moderately emetogenic chemotherapy.

Dosage:
The recommended adult dose of Palonosetron Hydrochloride Capsules is: take a single oral dose of 0.5 mg approximately 1 hour before chemotherapy. The recommended dose of Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection is a single intravenous injection of 0.25 mg of Palonosetron approximately 30 minutes before chemotherapy, and the injection time is more than 30 seconds.
