There is insufficient clinical data for children under 5 years old, and it is not recommended. Oxybutynin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules and oxybutynin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for adults: The recommended initial dose is 5 to 10 mg once a day, and then the dose is gradually increased according to the efficacy and tolerability. The maximum dose is 30 mg/day, and the dose adjustment generally requires an interval of about 1 week. Children over 6 years old: The initial recommended dose is 5 mg once a day, and then gradually increase the dose according to the efficacy and tolerance, increasing by 5 mg each time, with a maximum dose of 20 mg/day. This product must be swallowed with liquid and cannot be chewed or crushed. The sustained-release tablet can be split into half through the half line for consumption.
