Ornithine and Aspartate

Function:
This product is suitable for hyperammonemia caused by acute and chronic liver diseases (including cirrhosis, fatty liver and hepatitis); it is especially suitable for the treatment of central nervous system symptoms caused by liver diseases and the rescue of hepatic encephalopathy.

Dosage:
Take 3g orally once, 1-2 times a day, after meals. Intravenous drip for acute hepatitis: 5-10g/d. Chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis: 10-20g/d. In severe cases, the dosage may be increased as appropriate, but it is advisable not to exceed 40g per day. Hepatic encephalopathy coma: 20g within the first 6 hours on the 1st day, and 10g in two doses within the second 6 hours, intravenously. When using, first fully dissolve this product with an appropriate amount of water for injection, then add it to 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% or 10% glucose injection, with the final concentration not exceeding 2%, and infuse slowly intravenously.

Adverse reactions:
Immune system: Hypersensitivity reaction. Gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, bloating.

Drug contraindications:
Do not use with caution in children who are allergic to this product
