Olprinone

Function:
Indicated for short-term intravenous treatment of acute heart failure that is not effective with other drugs.

Dosage:
For specific usage and dosage for different groups of people and different diseases, please consult your doctor and refer to the drug instructions for different preparations. When adults are given Oprinone Hydrochloride Injection, they should first be injected slowly intravenously at a dose of 10 μg Oprinone Hydrochloride per kilogram of body weight (10 μg/kg) (Ooprinone Hydrochloride Injection original solution or its normal saline or glucose injection) dilution), the injection time is controlled at 5 minutes; thereafter, intravenous infusion is carried out at a rate of 0.1-0.3 μg per kilogram of body weight per minute (0.1-0.3 μg/kg/min). The dose should be increased or decreased appropriately according to the condition, and the dose can be increased to 0.4 μg/kg/min if necessary. The total dosage per day cannot exceed 0.6 mg/kg (equivalent to 0.4 μg/kg/min for 24 hours). If the patient’s clinical symptoms have not improved 120 minutes after using this product, the drug must be stopped and properly treated. There is still a lack of experience in long-term administration. If the administration time exceeds 3 hours, the incidence of adverse reactions tends to increase. If the medication is taken for more than 3 hours, the condition must be closely observed. After the drug improves the patient’s symptoms and the patient’s condition stabilizes, other treatments should be switched.
