Olopatadine hydrochloride capsules are relatively selective histamine H1 receptor blockers and mast cell membrane stabilizers. In clinical practice, this product is mainly used for allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and pruritic skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis, pruritus, psoriasis vulgaris, exudative erythema multiforme).
This product can stabilize mast cell membranes, prevent degranulation and release of allergic mediators, and at the same time block histamine H1 receptors and antagonize the effects of histamine.
