Nusinersen Sodium Injection

Effects and efficacy: This product is used to treat 5q spinal muscular atrophy.
Dosage and administration: Nusinersen sodium injection should be administered intrathecally by experienced medical professionals through lumbar puncture. The recommended dose is 12mg (5ml) each time. Treatment with this product should be started as soon as possible after diagnosis, with 4 loading doses on days 0, 14, 28 and 63, and maintenance doses every 4 months thereafter.
