Effects and efficacy: Nitrendipine is mainly used for the treatment of hypertension.

Usage and dosage:
Oral, usually, the initial dose for adults is 10 mg, once a day, and the dose should be adjusted according to the patient’s treatment response. If the therapeutic effect is not achieved, it can be increased to 10 mg once, twice a day, or 20 mg once a day. The maximum dose can be 20 mg once, twice a day. The recommended initial dose for the elderly is 10 mg per day. If you are using dispersible tablets, you can take it directly with water, or you can add the tablets to an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly before taking it. Food can increase the absorption of nitrendipine. You can take the medicine with meals.
