This product can treat and improve senile brain dysfunction, such as memory loss, orientation and attention disorders, and mood swings.

Usage and dosage:
When taking nimodipine, you should strictly follow the doctor’s instructions under the guidance of a doctor; at the same time, you should monitor blood pressure and heart rate, and check liver function regularly. Patients with impaired liver function should monitor the above indicators more closely when taking nimodipine. The injection form is used to prevent and treat ischemic nerve damage caused by cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Preventive medication: Intravenous treatment should be started within 4 days after bleeding, and continuous administration should be given during the maximum risk period of vasospasm, such as 10-14 days after subarachnoid hemorrhage. After the end of intravenous infusion treatment, it is recommended to continue oral nimodipine tablets for 7 days, taken every 4 hours (60 mg each time, 6 times a day). Therapeutic medication: If ischemic neurological damage caused by vasospasm has occurred after subarachnoid hemorrhage, treatment should be started as soon as possible and should be continued for at least 5 days and up to 14 days. It is then recommended to take oral nimodipine tablets for 7 days, taken every 4 hours (60 mg each time, 6 times a day). If the bleeding site has been surgically treated during the use of nimodipine injection for prevention or treatment, continue to use this product for infusion treatment for at least 5 days after surgery. Note: Incompatibility: Since the active ingredient of nimodipine can be absorbed by polyvinyl chloride (PVC), only polyethylene (PE) infusion tubes are allowed when infusing nimodipine. The active ingredients of nimodipine injection are slightly light-sensitive and should be avoided from direct sunlight. If used under scattered sunlight or artificial light, no special protective measures are required within 10 hours of infusion. Patients should not be exposed to light for too long during infusion, and appropriate protective measures should be taken (such as using an infusion pump and infusion tube with a light-shielding material cover, and using a colored infusion tube). Migraine: Oral, 40 mg (2 tablets) once, 3 times a day, 12 weeks as a course of treatment (effectiveness of 88%), about half of the cases can be basically cured or significantly effective, and it can reduce the pain level, frequency and duration of attacks, and prevent the occurrence of premonitory symptoms for vascular, tension, cluster and mixed headaches. Senile brain dysfunction: Unless otherwise prescribed, the recommended dose is 30 mg each time (1 tablet at a time), 3 times a day. Take the whole tablet with a small amount of water, regardless of meal time.
